Terms of Service

Purchasing an online interior design package from Edit and Scale Design determines you have read, understand and agree to the terms stated below:

You agree that there is always a risk when it comes to online shopping.  We do our best at seeking and selecting, but sometimes things don’t look as they may appear.  If an instance occurs where the item is misrepresented, we will be happy to help smooth the process and work to find a satisfactory replacement. 

You agree that Edit and Scale Design will be a beneficial and helpful resource to complimenting your desired outcome of your selected spaces.

You agree to a budget of at least $1000 for minimal package, $3500 for Maximal(ish) package and $7000 for Maximal(ist) package to ensure a sufficient allotment of funds is available for upper-quality selections curated in the design process.  

Post design, you will agree to the purchase of selections within two weeks of receiving final design, due to out of stock items and the nature of online shopping.  Outside of the two-week, post-design period, a fee of $30, per item, will be assessed to re-source.

You are aware that for ten days after receipt of the first round, you have unlimited access with the designer to make any changes, comments or suggestions until final design is accomplished.  After the 10 day period, a fee of $30 per item, will be assessed to re-source.

You agree to the turnaround time of 4-5 weeks after the purchase of your design package for the process to begin.  You will be given exact details in a welcome email that will be sent upon initial purchase.

You agree that this process will be fun and relaxed, kind communication will be first and foremost and will be considered anything but a life-or-death situation.  

You agree that any and all issues that may arise will all end up ok in the end.
